The meeting came amidst the current events in Palestine, the Israeli aggression and escalation against the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip and occupied Jerusalem.\n\nDuring the meeting, the events and violations that affected Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories were reviewed. The Independent Commission for Human Rights in the State of Palestine also presented proposals to support the Palestinian people by strengthening the humanitarian media message, communicating it to all organizations concerned with human rights in the world, and supporting Arab efforts in general to stand by the brotherly Palestinian people who are struggling for their legitimate rights.\n\nThe meeting was attended by Dr. Ali bin Abdullah Al-Kalbani, OHRC Secretary-General, Dr. Hilal bin Saeed Al-Shaidani, a member of OHRC, and a number of OHRC employees.\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1559 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ohrc.om\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/v44.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"760\" height=\"497\" \/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"OHRC participated, via video conference, in the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Arab Network of National Human Rights Institutions.
