A delegation from the Middle East College visits the Oman Human Rights Commission (OHRC), in coordination and under the supervision of the National Records and Archives Authority. The visit was conducted with the aim of reviewing the OHRC experience in the application of the Common Document Classification System.
During the visit, Ms. Ahlam bint Mohammed Al Balushi, in charge of managing the work of the Documentation Department, provided a presentation that offered an introduction to the Documentation Department in the Commission (its foundation and mechanism). Also, the delegation reviewed the mechanism for developing procedural tools for the Common/ Private Document Management System, creating a central mail, creating intermediary storage to store documents, processing documents, in addition to the mechanism for destruction of documents in the Safe Destruction Lab at the National Records and Archives Authority.
