As part of its Awareness and Educational Plan executed throughout the year, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) continues to issue human rights publications. One of the latest publications is a booklet that targets children titled “Child Rights: From National and International Laws” prepared by Ms. Amal bint Khalifa Al Shammakhi. The booklet explains various general child rights through interesting drawings. In this publication, the Commission emphasized the rights that would protect the child and enable him/her to enjoy a healthy lifestyle as per the International Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Omani Child Law.
