During its first meeting for its 5th term held on Sunday 24th of December 2023, the Oman Human Rights Commission formed its specialized committees. The Commission recommended and elected the heads of those committees as follows: Dr. Saleh Hamad al Brashdi was chosen as the Head of the Complaints and Monitoring Committee, Counselor/ Jamal bin Salem Al Nabhani was chosen as the Head of the Public Rights and Freedoms Committee, and Lawyer/ Mohamed bin Ali Al Marzouqi was chosen as the Head of the International Cooperation Committee.
