OHRC participates in the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Arab Network for Human Rights on the events in Palestine

OHRC participated, via video conference, in the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Arab Network of National Human Rights Institutions. The meeting came amidst the current events in Palestine, the Israeli aggression and escalation against the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip and occupied Jerusalem. During the meeting, the events and violations that affected Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories were reviewed. The Independent Commission for Human Rights in the State of Palestine also presented proposals to support the Palestinian people by strengthening the humanitarian media message, communicating it to all organizations concerned with human rights in the world, and supporting Arab efforts in general to stand by the brotherly Palestinian people who are struggling for their legitimate rights. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ali bin Abdullah Al-Kalbani, OHRC Secretary-General, Dr. Hilal bin Saeed Al-Shaidani, a member of OHRC, and a number of OHRC employees.
