A team from the OHRC visited the Oman Cancer Association’ (OCA) Dar Al Hanan for Children Cancer in Muscat Governorate.
During the visit, the team learned about the services provided by Dar Al Hanan to children and their families who are receiving cancer treatment, which includes accommodation, nutrition, and psychological and educational support.
During the visit, financial and in kind gifts were provided to the children on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, in order to interact with them, raise their spirits, spread joy and smile of happiness among them.
This visit is part of a a number of different visits conducted by the OHRC, through which the Commission aims to introduce its competencies, its work mechanism and its various efforts in raising awareness of Human Rights.
