The Oman Human Rights Commission held its First Meeting of the Third Annual Session of the Fifth Term, headed by Professor Rashid bin Hamad Al Balushi, Chairman of the Commission, in the presence of all members and the Secretary of the Technical Secretariat.
During the Meeting, the Commission reviewed the progress made in implementing its activities, examined the latest developments in the preparation of the National Human Rights Strategy, and discussed the draft Human Rights Indicators Guide, in addition to the Annual Report and the legal and human rights memoranda included on the agenda, as well as a number of developmental proposals aimed at enhancing the work of the Oman Human Rights Commission.
