Honorable Sheikh/ Abdullah bin Shuwain Al Hosni, Chairman of the OHRC, met in his office with His Excellency Dr/ Thomas Ortley, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Switzerland to the Sultanate of Oman.
During the meeting, the visitor received an introduction of the OHRC, its work mechanism and efforts in the field of the promotion and protection of human rights. Future cooperation with the Swiss party in the field of human rights was also discussed.
The meeting was attended by Mr/ Saeed bin Salem Al-Nu ‘mani, Secretary General of the OHRC, Ms/ Shaza bint Abdul Majeed Al-Zadjaliya, Director of the Department of International Organizations and Relations, and Ms/ Iman bint Khalid Al-Saeediya, who is the head the Department of International Organizations by delegation.
