Personal Attendance
The person or their representative can personally attend the committee’s headquarters, fill out the designated form for submitting the complaint, or write a addressed letter to the Chairman of the Omani Committee for Human Rights, enclosing all relevant documents and records related to the matter.

Voice Messages
Recording a complaint through a voice message by calling the toll-free number (1970). The committee introduced this service in December 2017 to enable individuals who cannot write their complaints in Arabic or English, or those who cannot physically reach the committee due to confinement or detention. After listening to and analyzing the complaint, the committee takes the initiative to contact the complainant or visit them to complete the procedures.
