During the meeting, both sides discussed the aspects of mutual cooperation in all fields related to human rights. The NCHR delegation was also briefed on the jurisdictions and roles of NHRC and taken in a tour in the Commission to explore the library, training room and the Directorate of Monitoring and Complaints.
It is worthy to mention that the NCHR delegation had also met with his Excellency Dr. Yahya Mahfoudh Al Manthri, chairman of the State Council, and will be meeting their Excellency chairman of the Shura Council and Minister of Justice on Thursday.
