Job conditions
1. Applicant must be of good character and conduct.
2. Applicant should not have been convicted of a final prison sentence for a felony or a crime that impairs honor or integrity, unless they have had their honor restored.
3. Applicant should not have been retired from any state administrative units or been dismissed from service by a disciplinary decision, and at least three years must have passed from the date of such decision until the date of appointment.
4. Application shall be deemed void if it is proven at any time that the applicant does not meet the general conditions or the job requirements, regardless of the reasons or the outcome of the tests.
5. Application should not have resigned from any state administrative units (civilian, military, or security) or from public legal entities and government companies in which the government holds a share of 40% or more, effective from January 1, 2025, unless at least one year has passed since the resignation date.
6. Application must meet the specific qualifications required for the position as outlined in the job description.
7. Application’s age must be at least 18 years old, and age must be verified by a birth certificate or personal ID card.
8. Application must pass the personal interview and/or the tests set for the position.
9. Application must be medically fit for service.
